Using our services

By engaging IB Insight you agree to these terms. We provide IB focused tutoring, mentoring, and counselling services to students and parents, delivered online by coaches selected for subject expertise and IB-fluent expertise.

Scheduling and cancellations

Sessions are scheduled in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of a session are billed at half rate; no shows are billed in full. We’ll always work with you on genuine emergencies.

Payments

Packages are paid in advance. Refunds for unused sessions are available within 30 days of purchase. We do not refund completed sessions.

Outcomes

We work hard for every student, but we don’t guarantee grades or university offers. Anyone who does, in this category, is overpromising.

Intellectual property

Our notes, worksheets, and recordings are for the student’s personal use only. Please don’t redistribute or share with classmates outside the family, it undermines the work and is unfair to the coaches.
